About the Project
Inaura Downtown is a landmark luxury branded residences and hospitality development by Arada, located in the prestigious district of Downtown Dubai. Rising over 200 meters with 42 floors, the tower introduces a new concept of urban living centered around wellness, movement, and contemporary design. The project is designed by internationally renowned architecture firm MVRDV and features a distinctive architectural identity highlighted by a central orb structure that offers panoramic views of the city skyline including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay. 
The development combines luxury residences with a lifestyle hotel and is built around the concept of “kinetic wellness,” integrating fitness, wellbeing, and modern urban living.
