The Company acts strictly as a marketing intermediary and does not itself own, sell, rent, or lease properties listed on the Website unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any agreements for the purchase, lease, or investment in a property are strictly between the User and the relevant third-party developer, landlord, or broker.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or completeness of any property listing, pricing information, or promotional material provided by third parties.

3. NO AGENCY OR LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Unless expressly stated in writing, the Company does not act as an agent, broker, or legal representative of any developer, property owner, or User. The inclusion of a property listing on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell, lease, or contract.

Any inquiries submitted through the Website are forwarded to the relevant third-party partner. The Company does not have authority to negotiate, conclude, or modify property transactions on behalf of any party.

4. PROPERTY INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMERS

By submitting an inquiry, request, or any form of communication through the Website, the User expressly consents to the collection, processing, and sharing of their contact details and submitted information with relevant developers, brokers, real estate agents, or authorized partners for the sole purpose of responding to the User’s inquiry and facilitating service delivery.

The User further acknowledges and agrees that the Company may use the provided contact details to communicate with the User regarding similar property listings, market opportunities, promotional materials, or related services, unless the User explicitly opts out of such communications in writing or through available opt-out mechanisms.

The Company does not guarantee any response time, availability of properties, acceptance of inquiries by third parties, or completion of any transaction. All engagement with third-party developers or partners is subject to their independent discretion.

7. THIRD-PARTY DEVELOPERS AND PARTNERS

Each third-party developer, broker, or partner operates independently and is solely responsible for its own listings, representations, pricing, availability, marketing materials, contractual terms, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of obligations toward Users.

The Company does not control, verify, endorse, or guarantee any information provided by third parties and expressly disclaims any liability arising from errors, omissions, misrepresentations, delays, unavailability, or failure to deliver by such third parties.

Any engagement, negotiation, or transaction between Users and third parties is strictly on a direct basis between those parties, and the Company shall not be a party to, nor responsible for, any resulting agreement or dispute.

8. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
